Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C., to set aside the fair and decretal order of the X Assistant City Civil Court at Chennai, dated 13.10.2004 in E.A.No.1979 of 2000 in E.P.No.480 of 1997 in O.S.No.12 of 1959. ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the fair and decretal order dated 13.10.2004 passed by the learned X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in E.A.No.1979 of 2000 in E.P.No.480 of 1997 in O.S.No.12 of 1959, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 47 of CPC.

While pending this Civil Revision Petition, the parties settled the issue amicably and filed memorandum of compromise dated 14.09.2015 before this Court. In fact, all the parties were present before this Court on 13.12.2017 and all were given consent for the compromise.

The terms of the memorandum of compromise dated 14.09.2015 shall form part and parcel of the records. Due to the compromise entered between the parties, the execution proceeding in E.P.No.480 of 1997 in O.S.No.12 of 1959, on the file of the X Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, is hereby terminated. 4.
With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
