ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking to modify the anticipatory bail order in Crl.M.P.No.3185 of 2019 dated 20.06.2019 with a condition "that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his execution bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two solvency sureties each to the like sum with condition" on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Coimbatore.

3. This Court is of the view that the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Coimbatore, after considering the issues involved in detail, passed the order dated 20.06.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.3185 of 2019. Further, the petitioner has not raised any valid grounds to modify the said condition.

4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
