This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in respect of Crime No.Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit on the complaint given by Srinivasan, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.223 of 2020 and the same has been closed on 30.07.2021. He would further submit that the respondent police are not harassing the petitioner. 3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass them.
