The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he mistakenly mentioned the proceedings in C.C.No.982 of 2014 on the file of the XXII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet instead of XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, in the quash petition filed by him in Crl.O.P.No.1006 of 2020, in which, this Court passed an order dated 14.02.2020. Hence, he filed the amendment petition. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to amend the proceedings in C.C.No.982 of 2014 on the file of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet instead of XXII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
