Sivasankaran Jayalakshmi v. The Additional Commissioner Of Income Tax

W.M.P.Nos.23170, 23175, 23201, 23204, 23039 and 23030 of 2021 in W.P.Nos.21966, 21970, 21990, 21992, 21853, 21858 of 2021 M.SUNDAR.J., Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' ('WMPs' for the sake of convenience and clarity) have been filed with prayers to dispense with production of original orders which have been assailed in the respective main writ petitions.

2. Adverting to the affidavit filed in support of captioned WMPs, it is submitted that the impugned orders were uploaded in the website i.e., electronic communication qua writ petitioners/assessees. However, impugned orders have been downloaded from the website, print outs have been generated and hard copies have been placed before this Court.

3. This Court considers this to be reason that is good enough to accede to the dispense with prayers in the captioned WMPs. All the WMPs are ordered as prayed for.
