This Criminal original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 not to harass the petitioner with regard to the disputes immovable property situated at Plot No.31, Kalaivanar Colony, Medimix Avenue 4th Street, Anna Nagar West Extension, Chennai - 600 101.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a complaint given by one Ramsuresh, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
