2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to paragraph no.4 of the affidavit and would submit that instead of granting time till 13.04.2021, inadvertently it has been typed as 13.03.2021 and prays for modification of the same.

3. This Court heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and paragraph no.4 is to be reads as follows:

''4.This Court, taking into consideration the submissions made by the respective learned counsel on either side, as well as the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, is inclined to grant four months' time from the date of the affidavit of this petition, i.e. 10.12.2020, and accordingly, the petitioner is granted time till 13.04.2021 to vacate the premises in T.S.No.24, Block 20, Ward B, R.S.No.1770, S.No.(Old).F.149, Mount Road, Coonoor, Coonoor Taluk, Nilgris District-643 101, and it is made clear that no further request for extension of time could be entertained.''

Accordingly, the order dated 03.02.2021, stands clarified.
