Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in the order dated 12.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21832 of 2022. Accordingly, the following corrections shall be incorporated in the order :

(i) In paragraph No.3, in the 3rd line, instead of ".........All the cheques were CTS........

it should be corrected as "..........All the cheques were Non CTS....." (ii) In paragraph No.5, in the 5th line, instead of "......... Admittedly, even till now, the account is very much alive........."

it should be corrected as "......... Admittedly, the account is closed in the month of February 2019........"

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the Order dated 12.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21832 of 2022 and issue a fresh order copy.
