This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.139 of 2019 on the file of the Fast-Track Magistrate-I, Coimbatore and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent/complainant submitted that the trial has commenced in the impugned proceedings filed under Section 138 of the N.I.Act.

3. Since the trial has commenced, this Court is not inclined to entertain the quash petition at this stage in the facts and circumstances of the case. The Trial Court is directed to conduct the trial as expeditiously as possible. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
