This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the judgment dated 11.04.2023 made in Spl.C.C. No.31/2020 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore.

2. Mr. S. Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
