Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.291/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner herein by the Learned Principal District Session Judge, Perambalur, Pearmablur District made in S.C.No.06 of 2017 by judgment dated 15.03.2018, convicting the Appellant herein for the offence under section 302 IPC and sentencing him to undergo Life Imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs.1000- in default to undergo one years S.I. and enlarge him on bail pending disposal of the above CRL A.291/2018 [IN CRL.MP.NO.6965 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.291/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.MAHENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.PRATHIP KUMAR ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
