ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 3 to 4 to disburse the compensation amount to the petitioner for land acquired by the respondents and as per award of compensation order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 04.11.2022 for determining amount under the Tamilnadu Acquisition of land for industrial purposes Act 1997 (Tamil nadu Act 10 of 1999) in respect of survey Nos. 18/1 and 21/1 and 223/2B1 is situated at Kurubarapalli Village, Krishnagiri District and to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 07.05.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 07.05.2024 with a request to disburse the compensation for the acquired land of the petitioner, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the compensation will be disbursed within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

6. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the petitioner is directed to produce all the requisite documents before the respondents 3 and 4 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. On such receipt, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to disburse the compensation amount to the petitioner within a period of two months thereafter. It is also not disputed that the petitioner's name is found in the award.
