PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,to direct the respondent police to register FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.03.2021, investigate the same and to file final report in view of the order passed by the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.279 of 2021 dated 16.07.2021.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct respondent police to register FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.03.2021, investigate the same and to file final report in view of the order passed by the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.279 of 2021 dated 16.07.202.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.03.2021 a case in Crime No.433 of 2021 has been registered on 24.07.2021 in Kumaran Nagar Police Station, Adyar, for the offences under Section 341, 294(b) and 506(1) of IPC.
