ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.7 of 2016 pending investigation before the first respondent Police. 1/4

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that earlier, a Closure Report was filed as further action dropped. However, the de-facto complainant had approached this Court and filed W.P.No.9699 of 2022 and this Court by an order, dated 20.04.2022 directed the respondent Police to conduct further investigation and file a report. Accordingly, a further investigation was conducted and it has been concluded and that a Final Report or a Closure Report, as the case may be, will be filed within a period of four weeks.
