O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in C.C.No.3793 of 2012 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.IX, Saidapet, Chennai in Cr.No.1 of 2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police, W-20, All Woman Police Station, Saidapet, Chennai and quash the same.

2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant, who is the second respondent herein, has amicably resolved the dispute between the petitioners. It is represented that the parties are compromised and now the defacto complainant decided not to proceed the case against the petitioners.

3. The defacto complainant as well as the petitioners are personally present before this Court and also they have been identified by their counsel on record. An affidavit of the defacto complainant has also been filed today i.e, 11.10.2017 and the relevant portion of the same would read thus: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"I further submit that I am filed this affidavit for no objection to quash the case against the alleged accused. So this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to accept my affidavit and pass order in accordance with law."

4. Recording the submissions made in the affidavit of the defacto complainant dated 11.10.2017, the Criminal Original Proceedings stands allowed. The proceedings in C.C.No.3793 of 2012 on the file of the learned Metorpolitan Magistrate No.IX, Saidapet, Chennai is hereby quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
