O R D E R

This Contempt petition has been filed against the respondents for their willful disobedience and non compliance of the order in W.P.No.21140 of 2018 dated 05.12.2018.

2. Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader had produced the letter of the Inspector of Police, Thirunavalur Police Station, Kallakurichi District wherein it had been mentioned that the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Ulundurpet had taken cognizance of final report filed in Crime No.446 of 2011 under Sections 294 (b), 323, 324, 506 (ii) and 307 of I.P.C., and P.R.C.No.01.2020 has been given by order dated 10.01.2020.

3. In view of that fact, nothing further survives in this contempt petition as no orders can be passed. The Judicial Magistrate II, Ulundurpet will have to proceed with the case in accordance with law.

4.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
