3. A dispute has arisen out of a deed of mutual agreement dated 12.03.1993 entered into at the City of Chennai. The major part of the cause of action has arisen only in the City of Chennai, where the agreement was entered into between the parties. Excepting for the defendant Nos.2, 10 and 11, all other defendants are having their office only at Chennai within the Jurisdiction of this Court. Since major part of the cause of action for filing this Suit has arisen only within the Jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is inclined to grant leave to sue the defendant Nos.2, 10 and 11. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
