ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2026.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has made a

representation dated 10.05.2026 before the respondent for cancellation of UDR patta in S.No.449/1A, 1B, 1C and 1D, re-survey the lands and issue the new patta in S.No.449/1A, 1B, 1C and 1D, situate at South Avinasipalayam, Thiruppur South, Thiruppur district. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.

4. Heard the learned Government's Counsel and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
