ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Cr.No.662 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police i.e., Inspector of Police, T.6 Avadi Police Station, Avadi, Chennai and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.662 of 2010, after completion of investigation, charge sheet, dated 30.09.2013, was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamalle and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.182 of 2013 on 30.10.2013.

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.662 of 2010, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
