Respondents in Both W.Ps Prayer in W.P.No.16408 of 2009: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher by counting the seniority in the District Employment Exchange from 28.10.1998 when the petitioner registered her teacher training qualification obtained in the State of Karnataka and to appoint the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the available vacancy under the control of the respondents in Coimbatore district with service and monetary benefits.

Prayer in W.P.No.16409 of 2009: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher by counting the seniority in the District Employment Exchange, Coimbatore District from 13.09.1995 when the petitioner registered her teacher training qualification obtained in the State of Kerala and to appoint the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the available vacancy under the control of the respondents in Coimbatore district with service and monetary benefits.
