Mr.V.Tamizh Selvan, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that the suit was dismissed as not pressed. The learned counsel has also produced a certified xerox copy of the order passed by the learned Sub Judge, Chengalpet for perusal of this Court and submitted that the petitioner's counsel had made an

It is also found from the order of the learned Sub Judge that in view of the endorsement made, the petition for restoration of the suit was dismissed. This Court finds that nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition as the main suit itself was dismissed. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
