It is seen from the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 03.01.2024 that the Special Leave Petition filed against the orders of the Division Bench dated 31.01.2023 has been directed to be listed on 25.01.2024.

Hence, post on 12.02.2024. If no stay order is obtained in the meantime, the respondents shall comply with the orders before the next date of the hearing.
