(CR.NO.2/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.2 of 2019 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 4 weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready as per the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13890 of 2019 dated 17/06/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUNDARAVADANAM T., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.2 of 2019 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready as per the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13890 of 2019 dated 17.06.2019.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 17.06.2019. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees one thousand only) towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court" from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which the order stands automatically cancelled.
