2. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in these cases. He was arrested in one case and thereafter, he was shown as accused in other cases. All the cases have been registered on 01.09.2024 and since the petitioner was arrested on 26.09.2024, he has been shown as accused in all cases. In the FIR, petitioner name does not find place. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner stating that in C.C.No.242 of 2024, the petitioner had committed house breaking and theft 7.5 grams of gold and Rs.1,50,000/- of cash, in C.C.No.243 of 2024, 26 grams of gold and Rs.2,10,000/- of cash, in C.C.No.241 of 2024, 5 grams of gold and Rs.1,00,000/- of cash and in C.C.Nos.244 and 245 of 2024, he has committed house breaking alone and no cash has been theft by him. Now, in all the cases, it is posted for examination of Investigating Officer and within a short period, all the cases will be completed and therefore, at this juncture, if the petitioner is enlarged on bail, the trial would get stalled.
4. Considering the fact that the cases are of the advance stage and only Investigating Officer has to be examined, this Court is not inclined to entertain these petitions.
5. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial in all the cases in Page No.4 of 6
C.C.Nos.241 to 245 of 2024 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
