This is an application for condonation of delay of 111 days in re-presenting the writ petition.

Heard Mr.D.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant;

Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the first respondent;

and, Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) for respondents 2 to 4.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 111 days in re-presenting the writ petition is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
