A.No.3625 of 2021 in C.S.No.6 of 2020 P.VELMURUGAN.,J The applicant/mother has been arrayed as 8th defendant in C.S.No.6 of 2020 and now she seeks for interim maintenance from one of the sons namely the second respondent, who is in possession of the property. The second respondent has also given an undertaking that he is ready to pay Rs.50,000/- per month to the applicant/8th defendant.

2. Recording the above undertaking given by the second respondent, this Application No.3625 of 2021 is partly allowed.

3. The second respondent is directed to pay Rs.50,000/- on 5th day of every English Calendar month to the credit of C.S.No.6 of 2020 and on such deposit, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the same.
