This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to transfer the patta bearing No.2746 in the name of petitioner Trust in S.No.372/1B, measuring an extent of 0.32.0 Hec, situated in Tholapalli Agraharam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the representations dated 16.12.2021 & 11.01.2022.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that the petitioner has purchased the subject property from V.G.P. Investments vide sale deed dated 07.05.2019. However, the patta stands in the name of the fourth respondent. Hence, the petitioner made representations on 16.12.2021 and 11.01.2022 to cancel the patta and transfer the same in the name of the petitioner, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both and perused the materials available on record.

4. Since, no adverse order is passed against the private respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondents consider 2/4

the representation of the petitioner dated 11.01.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the fourth respondent and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
