This miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 156 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the award dated 12.11.2024 made in W.C.No.277 of 2015 on the file of Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Vellore.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and interest for the delay period is ordered to be waived.

4.Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal if it is otherwise in order.
