Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records in Aa2/2329/2018 dated 17.06.2019 in P.W.1/2017 on the file of the First Respondent and to quash the same as null and void and consequently direct the First Respondent to reopen the case in P.W.1/2017on the file of the First Respondent in so far as the Petitioner is concerned.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 13.07.2017 in P.W.1 of 2017 passed by the First Respondent by way of appeal under Section 17 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, before the jurisdictional District Court along with an application to condone the delay in filing the same. He has also made an endorsement to that in the court record. In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
