Though the learned counsel for the plaintiffs submitted that serious allegations have been made against the plaintiffs in the additional written statement, he had no serious objection to the present application being allowed. He, however, prayed this court that the plaintiffs may be permitted to file their reply statement.

4. Considering the above, this application is allowed and the additional written statement filed by the defendant is taken on file. The plaintiffs are permitted to file rejoinder, if so advised.
