..Respondents Prayer : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent pertaining to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 780/2016/A1 dated 16.06.2016 and Na.Ka.No. 780/2016/A1 dated 13.07.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to renew the licence of the petitioner in respect of Shop No.8, Anna Daily Market, Annaji Rao Road, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District from 03.07.2016 to 02.07.2019 with enhancement in accordance with G.O.Ms (Standing) No. 92, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (NN IV) Department dated 03.07.2007.

O R D E R

Mr.R. Prabhudoss, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit as per the demand made by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner has agreed and has also paid the enhanced monthly rent fixed by the 3rd respondent as well as the caution deposit. The said fact is also admitted by the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.

In view of the above fact that the petitioner has paid the enhanced monthly rent as well as the caution deposit, as demanded by the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to extend the lease period in favour of the petitioner, for a period of three years, initially, as per G.O.Ms. No. 92 Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department dated 03.07.2007 and the 3rd respondent shall also enter into lease agreement with the petitioner, based on the new lease amount.
