ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.331 of 2013 dated 27.11.2013 on the file of the respondent-police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.331 of 2013 has been completed and final report was filed on 27.02.2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur and that the Magistrate has not taken the same on file.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur to pass appropriate orders on the final report filed by the police in Crime No.331 of 2013.
