ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused to quash the FIR in Crime No.1663 of 2015 dated 23.12.2015 on the file of the first respondent police in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. A reading of the complaint and FIR shows that there are prima facie allegations against the petitioners. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
