The petitioner seeks for relaxation on the condition imposed by this Court.
2.The condition is to report before the Trial Court once in four months.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) opposed the prayer by stating that it is only to know the whereabouts of the petitioner and pending the revision at least once in a four months the petitioner has to be appeared before the Trial Court.
4.On the other hand, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is very old and he has to travel from Karaikudi.
5.Considering the prayer and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, relaxation is granted to the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court once in six months.
