This application has been filed by the applicant/proposed 14th defendant to bring on record the applicant, one of the legal representative of the deceased plaintiff, as 14th defendant in the above suit C.S.No.252 of 1996 as well as a respondent in the pending applications and continue the proceedings.

2. There is no objection on the side of the respondents in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
