This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to defreeze the bank account of the petitioner maintained in the first respondent bank.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent has not freezed the bank account of the petitioner and that action was initiated by the bank.

3. In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court.
