Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for all relevant records relating to the impugned rejection order issued in proceedings in No.25074/Pa.Pi.(Nir)6/MTC/2005 dated 28.05.2007 pased by the 3rd respondent herein and quash he same as arbitrary, unreasonable, improper illegal against their own rules and regulations of the respondents violating the fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and violation of the Principle of Natural Justice and thereby directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any one of the suitable post in the respondent Transport Corporation by considering his qualification on compassionate grounds at an earliest without further delay.
