The wife seeks transfer of FCOP.No.273 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Erode to the Sub Court, Poonamallee.

2. The transfer is sought for only on the ground of convenience, since the wife is a resident of Porur near Poonamallee. The husband is a resident of Erode.

3. Considering the convenience of the wife, the distance between Porur and Erode and the fact that the proceeding is pending before the Family Court, Erode, which would require the presence of the wife in person for every hearing, FCOP.No.273 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Erode and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transferred to the Sub Court, Poonamallee to be disposed of in accordance with law. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
