This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.05.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa)(h) 4(1)(b) 4c(1)(i), 4(1A)/4(A) TNPA Act read with Section 4(1) (A) of TNP Amendment Act 2024 and Sections 318, 336, 340, 341 of BNS in connection with Crime No.166 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.
