Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to act upon the petitioners online application dated 30.04.2024 in application No.2024/0123/ 12/ 001515 to survey measure and demarcate the petitioners property situated in Survey No.32/B1H measuring 0.73 hectares situated at Kullichettipalayam Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first and second respondents to act upon the online application of the petitioner dated 30.04.2024 in application No.2024/0123/ 12/ 001515 to survey measure and demarcate the petitioner's property situated in Survey No.32/B1H measuring 0.73 hectares situated at Kullichettipalayam Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that she purchased the subject property ide sale deed dated 24.08.2022 and she is in absolute possession and enjoyment of the property from the date of purchase. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has given an online application for survey, measure and demarcate 2/4

her property, the same has not been considered by the second respondent till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 30.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interest persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
