Company Application No. 250 of 2024 in C.P. No. 268 of 2009 K.KUMARESH BABU, J.

The application has been filed seeking for following reliefs:- (a) to take this report on record;

(b) to permit the Official Liquidator to sell the movables at Trichy Airport & TVK (Kerala) International Airport through MSTC Ltd;

(c) to permit the Official Liquidator to incur the cost of this application from out of the funds of the company in liquidation; and (d) to pass such orders as this Court deem fit. 2.

I have perused the report of the Official Liquidator upon which the application had been filed.

Having been satisfied with the statements made in the report, I am inclined to allow the application as prayed for. Accordingly, the same is ordered.
