CRIME NO.115 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time period imposed for surrender in the order dated 07/06/2021 passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.9942 of 2021 and render justice. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 07.06.2021, this Court had granted bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions.
