O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to survey the petitioner's land bearing survey No.150/7A situated at Edaicheruvoi Village, Thittagudi Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2. Today when the petition was came up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that in respect of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, so far the second respondent has not received any representation from the petitioner, in otherwise, the second respondent is ready to provide necessary protection, if they received any representation from the Revenue Authorities.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. No costs.
