Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22113 of 2019 dated 19.08.2019 that the petitioner is directed to stay at Krishnagiri and appear before the Bargur Police Station twice in a day at 10.30 A.M, and 05.30 P.M., until further orders.

ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22113 of 2019 dated 19.08.2019 directing the petitioner to stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Bargur police station twice in a day at 10.30 A.M., and 05.30 P.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22113 of 2019 dated 19.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
