ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17206 of 2020 dated 03.11.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 A.M., until furthe orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The leanred Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17206 of 2020 dated 03.11.2020 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
