ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15779 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30, until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15779 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
