ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the first information report in crime No.27 of 2010 registered under Sections 420, 506 (ii) IPC.
2.No representation on the side of petitioners. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that after investigation, the Investigation Officer has laid charge sheet on 23.08.2011 and taken on file as C.C.No.149 of 2011 by the Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam and the case was subsequently transferred on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
26.03.2012 to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore and numbered as C.C.No.1 of 2012 and it is pending. In view of the above said facts the criminal original petition filed by the petitioners is not maintainable.
3.Therefore, in view of the above said reasons, the criminal original petition filed by the petitioners is dismissed as not maintainable. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
