PRAYER : This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records and quash the C.C No. 377 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Salem.

ORDER

The petitioner herein filed this petition to call for the records and quash the C.C No. 377 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Salem.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are in-laws of the second respondent and they were falsely implicated in this case. By way of reply, the the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) Submits that out of 10 witnesses, 6 witnesses have been examined.

3. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to quash C.C No. 377 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Salem, the petitioners can work out their remedy before the Trial Court. Further, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In the result, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
