Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent vide Pro.Na.Ka.No.1427/2023 dt.12.4.2023, and to quash the same and consequently issue directions to the respondents to issue legal heirship 1/4

certificate to me mentioning me as the only legal heir of late J.Vijayakumaran.

The petitioner claims that she is the sole legal heir of late.J.Vijayakumaran and has applied for legal heir certificate before the second respondent and that the second respondent is yet to take a call on the same.

2.Mr.M.Bindran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The second respondent is now required to hold an enquiry and give the petitioner an opportunity of being heard personally and decide the matter within a period of eight (8) weeks from today (20.07.2023). 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, 2/4
