Respondent Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent bank to withdraw the communications dated 01.06.2024 & dated 12.06.2024 and direct the respondent bank to return the original title documents of petitioner secured asset given as security for the loan bearing No.05510500018304 within the time that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After the petition was heard for sometime, without going into the merits of the matter, by consent, the following order is passed: (a) Petitioner would pay a sum of Rs.41.00 lakh by way of demand draft/direct remittance/IMPS to respondent bank on or before 14.03.2025 in full and final settlement of all the following four loans accounts:
(i) 05510600033198 (ii) 05510500018304 (iii) 05510600033205 (iv) 05510500018336
(b) Upon the amount being credited to respondent's account, respondent shall hand over all title deeds which were deposited as security for the loan account bearing No.05510500018304.
